“I was initially worried about booking with Sam, having never used to service before and with her not having many reviews. I'm so glad this didnt stop me - everyone has to start out. Sam was nothing but professional and absolutely wonderful. She answered all my emails promptly and was super friendly. The drop off process was easy, she sent regular updates and photos, and made the collection from the freight people smooth and easy while we were out of state. I would 100% recommend booking with Sam, and have been to people I know. We have two male cats, from the same litter.”
