“Nikki was amazing!!! She took care of our two kittens Marjorie and Fergus for more than a week over Thanksgiving and was an awesome sitter. Nikki was always super timely and communicative and gave lots of updates during the trip. She responded to messages right away, and wrote the cutest notes about the cats every time she came to the house. Our kittens are SUPER shy and Nikki went out of her way to get photos of the cats and made sure they were doing ok. She also adjusted the wet food to make it more soupy after she noticed they preferred it when she prepared it that way. Nikki went above and beyond and we were very happy with how well she cared for the cats!! It took away all the stress of leaving them at home for so long. About: I'm a sober, down to earth, plant based man. I live a simple life, dedicated to the Earth and its inhabitants. I love to play with, take care of and bond with dogs and cats. I love to hike and run and climb in Boulder. I've been here about 5 years. My goal is to one day own some land and create an Eco Village with my family. I am currently working part time and remote, so I have a ton of flexibility to take care of animals. I don't have that big of a social life outside of my girl friend and a few close friends, who all live in Boulder. I like to make sure that my pets are fed on time, and with healthy food. I also like to take them on walks or runs at least once a day. Play time and cuddles are also one of my favorite things. I also like to give pets baths, so that I can feel more free to cuddle them <3

About: * I have my awesome toddler son with me on sits that is also wonderful with animals! He takes pride in our daily routines of caring for our furry friends. It is a must that your fur babes are sweet enough around kids too, and well trained for walks :).* I have had pets my whole life and always prefer to be surrounded by them! It is extremely rare if I cannot connect with someone's pet, or even a stray on the street! I've pet sit dogs, cats, small furries on and off my whole life and even love to take care of homesteads with horses, chickens, goats, plants, etc! I love taking animals out into nature on new adventures! In Colorado, my cats and dogs ventured out on safe harnessed hikes with me in the mountains and loved every bit of tapping back in to their primal instincts! We had a blast no matter the weather!! I live a very health conscious life, and treat my animals as my kids. Your pets are sure to be in the best loving, fun, caring, and health focused hands! I don’t have any pets for the first time in my life, so having animals to care for & hang out with is such therapy! Not to mention, this is such an amazing way to still care for my son and to share the love and passion I have for all animals!! We go on walk adventures often. We spend plenty of time outside observing and getting to know our natural surroundings, and love spending even more time playing & exploring alongside the animals!

About: I have been petsitting since 2014, as of recently taking a break from my full time corporate job. I have open availability for whatever you have in mind - for the same cost of a kennel or less, your dog can stay in his environment while you are away, with plenty of company/outside time/exercise as you see fit. Happy to take long walks if needed. Your pup is also welcome to stay in my home if you’d prefer as long they are ok with other dogs/cats! Open availability, full time care. If housesitting I’m happy to spend majority of day with your pets, however will need to leave a few hours of day to take care of my own. I have a fully fenced in wooded yard and two of my own dogs who are ready to play. They are supervised at all times if outside.

About: Ranging from young puppies to 16-year-old dachshunds, I am a true dog lover! I specialize in high energy dogs who really need some proper walks (or even runs) - and I track all walks on my Garmin and can send you the file when we’re done! As of right now, I am available weekdays and most weekends, at any time that works best for you. I am very flexible and can make last minute reservations work most of the time. Respect is most important when working with animals, as well as your home. I always take the extra time to ensure my clients homes are looked after and cleaned up after whatever adventure we go on. I am always open to specific instructions from my clients, however they are not required.

About: I grew up around cats and dogs, and I've had my cat and my dachshund since I was 10 years old. I grew up in the middle east where I helped spay, neuter, vaccinate, and care for the many stray cats in our neighborhood. I'm a student at CU Boulder studying aerospace engineering and I am in the Navy Reserves. I love to relax and unwind around animals in my free time. I have looked after neighbors pets since I was little and I love to spend quality time and play with more energetic pets or just relax and unwind with the less social ones.

About: I love cats and dogs through and through! I grew up with cats and kittens, have fostered several dogs, and raised a german shepherd/husky mix from puppyhood. I care for your pets like you would - whether that's couch cuddles or long walks. I am strong and active, so a great fit if you have a larger, more active breed. I am also comfortable maintaining your pet's commands and training. I've been pet sitting consistently for the last two years in the Boulder/Denver area. I run my own business online in the women's health space so I can set up shop wherever I am. I'd love to have a furry coworker for a few days. I am happy to maintain any training, commands, or rules you have with your pet. Let me know what your pet is accustomed to, and I'll do my best to be an extension of you!

About: I've always had a passion for animals, and have been taking care of my neighbor's and friend's pet since I was in middle school. I have experience caring for all types of animals, including senior dogs, blind dogs, puppies, cats, and birds. I am currently a student and only in class 3 days a week, so I have ample time away from other responsibilities that I can spend giving adequate care to your pets. I also enjoy going on daily walks, so getting them outside won't be a problem. I will be attentive to your dogs when they are outside, ensuring that the yard is secure and that they don't leave it. I will also make sure the house is secured when I leave, and the pet is safe.

About: I have lived with at least one animal for as long as I can remember, and have pet-sat for at least 3 weeks every year for the past 4 years. I love to go for runs just as much as I love to hang on the couch with your furry friend and am happy to adjust my days to align with your animals' needs. I have experience and am comfortable pet-sitting multiple animals at a time. I currently work from home 8 am - 4 pm Monday-Thursday, and 8 am - 12 pm on Fridays. I occasionally work another job on Saturdays for 8-hour shifts, but not regularly. If permitted, I would be happy to stay with your furry friends during the days I work from home. This job does require that I take regular phone calls, though, so staying with animals that bark regularly throughout the day is less preferred. I am sure to follow all directions left by my clients and pay attention to detail to ensure their pet(s) and home are properly taken care of. I understand that all animals may require slightly different caretaking depending on their age, size, health, and personality, and work hard to tend to these nuances appropriately. I find it important for clients to return to a non-disturbed and clean space, and pride myself on leaving things as they were when I came.

About: I’ve cared for dogs and other pets my entire life. The value of a furry friend was very instilled in me as a child. I know the connection you form with your pets and promise to care for them like my own. Walking and playing with your dogs would be an absolute pleasure to me. I’m comfortable walking, feeding, bathing, and pretty much anything else you may need. Dogs of all kinds and sizes are welcome here! Im currently working part time, so i have plenty of time to care for your pups! My work schedule varies but i should have no problem finding time to provide you and your pets excellent care. While I cannot host pets in my own home, i know many safe routes to walk and parks to play in. I love going on long walks everyday and would be delighted to have a pal with me!

About: I’ve loved taking care of critters of all sizes throughout the years. As an MFA candidate for Poetry & Creative Writing, I moved to Boulder for school 3 years ago. I was a 5 star rated walker on the app Wag, and have since transitioned to Rover. I love the air here and am seeking an abundance of dog walks to support! My experience ranges from puppy care to senior dog support. I intuitively listen to pets, going at a mindful pace on walks to support their unique needs. As a freelance musician, I have flexibility in my schedule and find that caring for pets fits joyously in my regular routine. I am an animal and nature lover, and am grateful to go on walks frequently. Safety is my top priority. I avoid walks near busy roads as best I can, and as an experienced house sitter and nanny, I ensure that care in clients home is excellent. I always pick up after myself and the animals.
