I post pictures of every visit but my rating is only 70%. Why are pics missing?

I usually send every picture the same way. Through my text messages from Rover via my phone where I take the pictures.

You may want to ask Rover Support directly. From my experience, I realized that if I have multiple contact numbers assigned to a pet parent (Rover's assigned # for them, their cell ph, & partner's ph.) sometimes it's sent to other ph.# - not Rover's assigned #. I double check pic/msg on rover daily.

Great question! I learned the hard way in that some owners who travel outside of the country don't want messaging through Rover. The best way to increase your photo rating is to send photos directly through the Rover #. Texting is easiest if you have texting settings, but email works too!

The percentage reflects photos sent through Rover to the owner during a stay. If you think it's off, you could look through your past stays to make sure they were sent correctly, or call support to see if they can provide any insight. To be honest, I'd be more worried about keeping your response percentage high, as that's the first thing people see. Just make sure to tell owners you will send photo updates via Rover and you'll be fine!
