What do I do if I was paid Adult dog price for Puppy price?
I have my "First dog " rate a little bit higher than the "additional dog" rate and my "Puppy under 1 Yr" rate is the same as the "first dog". I recently sat for a client who had 3 dogs, one of which was a puppy. The puppy I sat was listed as the first dog rather than one of the adults So both adult dogs were listed as additional dogs. I feel that an adult dog should have been listed first because my puppy rate is different than the additional dog rate. Am I right in assuming that I got ripped off a little and how should I approach the situation to have it rectified if I am right?
EDITI would not confront the owner at all. They probably had no clue what was going on. I was wondering if there was a way to ask Rover that my "first dog" rate only be for adult dogs if there are puppies AND adults involved.
