Can apple cider vinegar be used for dogs?

From what I've read, yes it is safe. There are tips for how much to dilute the vinegar based on the dog's weight. Generally it's 1/2 cup vinegar to 2 cups water, then calculate it based on how much you need to cover the dog. Spray and/or use a cloth to rub it on. Also a decent holistic flea preventative.

I can't find anything against it on the veterinary website I know of. I've never used it myself, but there are a lot of sites in favor of apple cider vinegar, and you could get suggested amounts and usages from them.

Yes, you can use it in their water for bad breath and UTI's. If you use it for a UTI, it would be best to pour it directly on their food to be sure they consume all of it. Additionally, keep a close eye on their urinating. If they are still having to go frequently, take them to the vet; antibiotics might be your best bet.
