What do I do if the dog won't stop aggressively humping my leg?

I'm sitting a bulldog and every chance he gets he tries to hump my leg, but he has a VERY strong grip and tries to bite my hand if I try and remove his hands from around my leg. HOW DO I CORRECT THIS ACTION?!
