How do I delete my account? Circumstances have changed and we will no longer be able to keep dogs in our home.

I find it absurd that you can't "delete" an account, only "deactivate". Wondering if that's even legal...

There is no way to permanently delete an account through profile settings or the dashboard? :/ That's a bit of an inconvenience for the user to have to call in order to do that-- especially when that option is offered for so many other account services out there :(

You can deactivate your pet sitting and still have an account too if you would ever want to use the site for your own pets (if you have any). Instructions are in the link below!

No rhey do NOT help. I want my owner account removed and no one is helping. I alsi dont want any more email.from them. They should make it easy to remove everything online.

Even if the account is deactivated I still get notifications that remind me I’m in “away mode” I already spoke on the phone to your representative they can’t help. Please include delete the account option to your service. This is giving people anxiety.

Please report this company to the FTC website https://www.ftc.gov/if reps tell you to "call to cancel". New York Times and Sirius XM are already being sued under a class action lawsuit.

You can remove your dog sitting services through your profile, but if you want the account completely removed just send a quick email to support@rover.com--super easy.

Tried removing my email address online and by phone. No one answers phone. Not very helpful
