Have you checked your Rover calendar lately?

I logged in to my account and got popups that asked me questions about the new services offered, which I thought was kinda neat. It saved me time in setting up the new services and fees. However, when I finished and went to check my calendar, I noticed that time periods I had marked as Unavailable were now marked as available. My calendar showed the entire rest of the year as Available, although I had marked several different time periods as unavailable (for all services).

So you might want to double-check your online Rover calendar to see if the same thing has happened to you. I think the calendar was reset with the latest update, but I don't know for sure.

Comments

Not only has my Calendar been reset showing me as available, it won't let me change any of my days to Unavailable!

I was able to reset days to Unavailable. You might want to call Rover Support. Be sure and select 0 as the number of dogs you can host.

Thank you Cari. You are right, I had to adjust my calendar again, everything showed available when I am not.

I don't think it reset your boarding or travel sitting slots, but it does show available if you have opted in for walking, drop in visits, or daycare and haven't set your availability for those services yet. Mine is still showing 0 slots for boarding but I see green because I hadn't set my daycare availability yet (besides the two days a week I'm always working). I like that we can set our services individually, though it's kind of tedious with the current calendar set up.

Yes, it did. I clicked on the part at the top about in the sitter's home, and all dates through the end of the year were green.

Weird.. mine left my boarding availability alone, but I was showing green on days I had previously been red because I hadn't set my daycare rates yet. When I expanded it showed 0 overnight slots and 2 daycare spots.
