I can't find anything about this in their FAQ, but I was supposed to get 50$ for a stay, and I only got 42.80 because of Rover Fees... why wasn't I informed ahead of time this would be the case? And how much is this fee?
Any amount charged through Rover for stays will be deducted a %15 Rover Fee. While I think it's a bummer the fee is so large, it does cover the convenience of the website, mobile app, support, and the free secondary insurance, it becomes a bit more understandable. This is sadly why the prices on Rover seem higher than most places.
Also, when you book a stay, it will mention a price that Rover Fees will be deducted from.
