Perks for Regulars/Repeat Customers?

Hi fellow sitters! What types of perks do you offer to clients who repeatedly book your services (either a set schedule OR who use you a few times a year for their trips)?

I have a repeat client who has booked me for every other week (sometimes three weeks in a row) as a result of his travel/work schedule. So, I get his little one for Sunday - Friday, at least twice, sometimes three times, a month. She's very tame, an excellent listener and has adjusted well to my schedule. She's a total sweetheart and I have come to consider her one of my own. Because she's so easy to care for, I decided to give him 20% off a week for my services (I charge $25/night, which is average in my area - so they only pay $100 instead of $125).

I used to have a dog quite regularly because his owner would go out of town on business at least once a month. I bought her this adorable doggie tote bag on eBay because she never had anything to bring over the dog's things. The idea of a frequency discount is very nice, although you might want to stipulate that it can't be applied during holiday times. A little gift, specific to the owner and/or dog, would be nice. Perhaps make some homemade dog and people treats to send home with them. A little holiday present, like a dog sweater, would show how much you appreciate the regularity of their business.
