Do other clients have trouble seeing pictures?

I have a business client that travels from AZ to CA. Sometimes at night or before 8am she can get my rover premier message but can't see the pictures. I send them to her personal email and she has no problem getting them. Also, sometimes when she tries to book before 8a.m., the system won't accept her password. She says she re-enters it several times and it tells her to use Facebook. She doesn't have a Facebook account. She has to wait until after 8a.ma. Is this the system updating or a glitch?

I have not experienced any problems lately. Once in the past, I think my Rover customer hit reply to an email she received and I got a bunch of jibberish from Rover instead of the message. It sounds like you should call Rover support and see what they say.
