Compensation for late pet pickup?
What do we do when pet owner is several hours late on picking up their pet on an agreed time? How do we get compensated for late pickup?

You adjust the pickup time and the charges are automatically calculated by Rover to the pet site. The client will have to also agree / approve the extra charge, with the known thought that if they don't they are cheating YOU and you don't have to pet sit for them again. I'm sure there is also some way to work with Rover (to go after the client) to get paid for that .. but there are no guarantees.
I believe you can add a "doggy daycare" visit to the stay, but call Rover to confirm that.
