Dog skin issues?

I have my 13 year old Yorkie Terrier and recently looking at his body he seemed to have these circular patches of skin seemingly flaky inflamed or swollen. Here's a picture of how it looks. He also has more on his chest that are more up vut he squirms to much for me to get a picture. He also has the same exact one his back on the right side. He doesn't pock at them but if somebody were to touch or try to look at it he'll squirm a lot to try and stop you. Does anybody know what it is? I know this is quite off-topic but I'm unable to bring him to a vet at the moment since they over price a lot. Thank you.

Sounds like ringworm, honestly.

Have you done anything to treat it yet? I would start with Bannixx. You can get on Amazon for very cheap.

Though I can't see the picture, this reminds me of last summer with my then puppy Beagle. She had really swollen, flaky, inflamed skin around her neck area and a bit on her back. She would itch itch itch and wouldn't let me get near those spots. I narrowed it down to the tick spray I was using (I now use a natural one), a food issue (chicken allergy), and or something in the house or the weather.

If it just started, it could be spring/summer allergies in the grass or the area. You can try keeping him out of the grass for a bit to see if it helps? If not, a diet change or checking around your house is also an option. I looked out for mold or dust or anything like that. Hope this helps! Let me know if you have any more questions!

Thank you for your advice! But we usually hardly ever take him out as he's to scared to really go out and shakes a lot. So we just keep him in. And I can show a better image, it has gotten worse and today I'm going to try and get some treatment. I'll make a new post showing more of it.
