What do I do if I always forget to do a Rover Card and is there an easier way of managing this process?
I have a dog that comes every Monday and Wednesday. I always forget to do the Rover card. Then I get this email and I have no clue what it means.
Oops—it looks like a Rover Card was not completed for your Doggy Day Care booking with Jax on May 17, 2022 and May 19, 2022. To confirm that you didn't complete these services, click here.
If no action is taken, you will be paid in the next 7 business days for Rover Cards that were submitted and Brian will be refunded accordingly.
That second section doesn't make sense to me. Anyone else have this issue. So if I don't do a Rover Card, I'll still get paid?
I use both the Rover Card and have a little notebook with further information about clients, dates, etc. even payment method. Documentation is very important, maybe try having a little notebook with you and email them of the information and further proof (texts from clients with dates and time).
