Client's dog profile being complete?

I'm not sure if this has been asked before, but being new to Rover I'm seeing this a handful of times. When a potential client contacts me to take care of their dog, they don't always have the dog(s) profile completed (picture, vet info, friendly with dogs, etc). Am I the odd one out to require that before I consider doing a meet n greet with a new dog?
