Why am I not getting paid if I performed services just because the card wasn't completed?

I have a Rover that books weekly and requires a Rover card whenever she books days. Unfortunately, some days are busy and I do not complete the Rover card. They are refusing to pay for the services performed because the card was not completed! I worked a full day and got no payment even though I contacted them right away - next day.

Rover support doesn't come to this forum, your only course of action is to call Customer Support [Edit: Rover’s contact options have changed. Visit the Rover Help Center at https://support.rover.com/ to find the phone number, help articles, or chat with the team]. If you failed to send a rover ard you will have to show other evidence, texts, and pictures to prove you completed the visit. If you cannot produce evidence you will not be paid.
