Eating with mommy?

So I was wondering if dogs can eat banquet Salisbury steaks. My like 1 year old chihuahua just loves eating what her mommy eats so I gave her a scoop of my SSR (Salisbury steak and rice) she usually gets t one or two pieces of the steak along with the rice that has gravy on it. My dad said I shouldn't give it to her since it has onion in it but I looked at the ingredients and the box says that it has "2% or less" of the onions. So does that mean that it's ok to give her or no?
