sitter cant access acount?

I can't access my dog sitter account, I'm on the client's side of the website and I can't set what services I want to offer, and when i click become a sitter it just sends me to profile settings

Click Sign in and sign in, become a sitter is when you are just signing up. I type in http://Rover.com and click sign-in.
