What to do about an inappropriate client/request?

My sister and I are both sitters on Rover and today she texted me screenshots of a potential client being inappropriate in their conversation. Specifically, he sent her a shirtless picture and asked her to give him back massages at his home!! Apparently, the conversation was fine before this and they were just talking about the dog and she said it seemed promising, so she booked it before he made the inappropriate comments. It was pending his response, and she canceled it after he began acting inappropriately. Will this negatively impact her rank in the search? I hope not because that would be messed up. She reported him to Rover, but still feels shaken up and unsafe because his location shows that he's only two miles away from her. Is there anything else she can have Rover do in this situation?
