Filling in a dog's profile?

I'm a sitter and I'm wondering if I can add info to a client's doggie profile from the information the owner provides me so that I don't have to go back through the messages and try to find the care info. Are the owners the only ones that can adjust their dog's care info? If so, do you generally encourage owners to fill it in, use your own forms, and/or ask all your questions via message and go back to find them later?

Go to your inbox. At the top of the page you will see "View Past Customers."

Once there you will see a spreadsheet of owners and dogs. Click the name of the dog whose profile you wish to update.

You will see a place where it says "Edit Your Dog Notes". Click there and fill in any details you wish. You will be the only person who can see these notes and the next time you book the same dog, they will be there.
