What exactly are you concerned about? You certainly don't want to feed your dog a ton of any treat, but in limited amounts, they're fine. Your mileage may vary for how useful they are for preventing plaque, since they just rely on the dog chewing on them in a way that will rub it off their teeth, and not all dogs chew like that (one of mine bites chunks off and swallows them, which doesn't do much). The best way to ensure your dog's teeth are clean is by actually brushing them. But if your dog enjoys them, the worst they are is empty calories (mostly rice flower, wheat starch, glycerin and gelatin).

I see no harm in them, I personally prefer raw beef leg Bones, cut by a butcher into 1-3 inch long pieces. Natural, economical, and keeps the teeth clean.

I prefer the grain free greenies. They also have other choices at petco unleashed if your worried about any other ingredients.

They do have way too many ingredients to be something I would purchase. They are also made by a company with a poor reputation.
