How do I set a specific time in the calendar for a booking?

I'm fairly new to Rover still, but I'm finding the calendar feature a bit frustrating....

I like the fact that I can sync my Rover calendar to my Google calendar with one excecption. All Rover bookings show up as all day. This doesn't prove very useful especially if you have multiple drop-ins in one day. I've looked around on the Rover site as well as on my Google calendar and haven't figured out a way to override the all day status. Is there a way to do this? If so, please advise. If not, please add this feature ASAP!

It would also be nice if when the client is inquiring about doing a drop-in or any 30min service, that they would be prompted to put a time(s) that they'd be desiring. It would shorten up the conversation and lead to quicker bookings.

Thanks in advance for your assistance with these issues.

I have this problem with Apple Calendar as well. It's frustrating! Sometimes I can't answer someone who's interested in boarding when to drop off their pet because I might be doing a drop-in visit. I can only tell by checking multiple places; at least if all the info was in one place it'd be great.

A crappy calendar has always been an issue with Rover. Clients can request a booking time but it isn't reflective on the calendar, go figure. The sitter community has been asking them to make updates but it hasn't happened and I doubt it will. Most sitters have to resort to using other methods to track their bookings, many use Google Calendar or Outlook so it can sync to their phones.
