Corgi puppy with distended stomach ?

8.5 week old corgi. He has just switched to new food but seems to have a larger stomach than usual for the last 30 hours or so. Still eating still gleaming BMs. Urinating frequently but able to hold it through the night. Is it somthing I should be worrying about? Puppy is still playing as well. He is making a noice kind of a big breath noise or a swallowing noise but I can’t remember if he always did that

If you haven't already, please call your vet. :)

Something like that would be hard for a non-vet to advise on, especially since we can't see your pup. A bloated stomach could indicate some kind of issue (a sensitivity to the food, maybe he ate something else, etc.). It could be nothing but it's better to be safe and get an expert opinion. Most vets are still taking phone calls and can advise over the phone. If your vet is completely closed find another trusted vet or animal hospital in your area to contact. I know it's a very weird time right now with the pandemic but vets are doing what they can to tend pets while maintaining as much social distancing as possible.

Good luck and I hope that your pup is healthy and well!
