Why are you penalizing me for canceling due to COVID-19?

During this time why would you even consider penalizing people for canceling their appointments!!!!! And why so much.

Your profile on this site shows you are a client and not a sitter so I hope this is correct. I assume you have cancelled a booking and have encountered a cancellation charge? Each sitter determines their own cancellation policy and Rover administers them in accordance with the sitters wishes.
