I'd suggest that your vet would be the best person to advise you about medication and amounts.
I concur with the other posted answer. Do not self-prescribe meds for your dog. VERY important to get a Veterinarian's professional advice and Rx for the most appropriate type and dosing of medications.
Also, Croatia to Africa is a long flight. I don't recommend your pet fly in cargo. Ask the airline if there is more suitable option. Please be thorough and don't take anything for granted. 🐾🐶 Good luck!
