So I'm currently hosting a dog for an elderly couple that is not very tech savvy and they don't have the Rover App installed on their phone. My question is, if I send photos through the Android App will they go to the clients email that they provided?
I don't have a smartphone, so I just send photos through the Rover website. All my clients have received them, so try that.
Do they have a cell phone with texting capabilities? Or did they contact and converse with you by way of the website on a computer? I would think the photos would show up in the conversation stream on whatever device they used to talk with you about the stay beforehand. Previous to me getting the app, I sent pictures through texts on my smartphone, to the owner's Rover number, and they got them just fine.
Thank you. I believe they used their home pc. We exchanged numbers at drop off and I asked them to let me know if pics don't arrive.
