Anyone else being ghosted by new clients?

I've noticed recently that it seems like 75% of new inquiries don't turn into anything. The person won't even follow up. I have the Rover app on my phone so I respond really quickly. It's starting to frustrate me because it affects search ratings. Does this happen to anyone else?
