I am no longer able to be a Rover sitter. How do I cancel the website so I am no longer contacted?

Just call Rover Customer Support at [Edit: Rover’s contact options have changed. Visit the Rover Help Center at https://support.rover.com/ to find the phone number, help articles, or chat with the team] and they will take care of it for you. Unfortunately, it isn't something you can do yourself.

If this might only be temporary, you should consider just putting your status as "AWAY" and then you won't show up in searches by new customers; however, previous customers will be able to reach out to you. Just a thought.

It is rare when we hear a Rover sitter no longer wants to continue offering services. Can you share why you are quitting the business? Thanks

Walt, he said that he wasn't able to be a Rover sitter anymore, not that he didn't want to. So perhaps it is a personal or medical issue?? I also noticed when I clicked that his profile is "no longer active." So maybe it is only temporary.

I was just wondering, many communities are enforcing the no home boarding rules if they have them. The next county over from me has no boarding and has started shutting down Rover sitters

Well, the OP's county is the same as mine. However, it is a whole different area and could be the type of place where a neighbor would complain, unlike the city where no one can be bothered.
