Opinions on Drop In Visits?
I am considering adding Drop In Visits. I just have concerns on going into empty houses. Lots of guns in Florida. Is it worth it. It seems like a good service to offer. Just concerned

If you are afraid of guns and empty houses, then it's not worth it. This drop in visits job would just cause you stress and anxiety. Boarding dogs at your house would be the best bet. Good luck.
You should schedule a meet and greet at the house you will provide the service before accepting the booking. You can see the house and the neighborhood and talk with the client, if you are comfortable you tell the client you'd like to accept the booking.
If its not a good fit for you while at the house tell the client you aren't the right sitter for the booking and ask them to find another sitter who will work with them.
Don’t worry about guns in an owners home. The person has to be behind the gun to shoot it. And they are requesting you drop by. Ask them to tell their neighbors you will be stopping by. And dogs don’t shoot guns. You might consider taking a gun handling class for yourself and become more comfortable
