Is it possible to set up an emergency pet sitting situation, if I should have to go into the hospital suddenly?
I need to find a pet sitter that can respond at any time, without prior scheduling, if I have to go into the hospital for a day or two. Unfortunately, my family members are unable to take care of my dogs, even for a couple of days. I need someone who can either come to my house and stay the night, and then take the dogs to my vet/boarding kennel when they're open, or someone who can pick up the dogs and take them to their house and keep them until I get out of the hospital. My 7-year-old greyhound Shadow is very friendly, and has been in a pet sitting situation before with other dogs and cats, but 4-year-old German Shepherd Hannah, who is the nicest dog with people, does not get along with dogs other than Shadow, or cats. Can anyone help me?
I have a very flexible callendar at my university, so I am open to help in an emergency situation. Please, contact me if you have a non-scheduled event. If I will be available, then I am more than happy to watch your dogs, while you're away :)
