Hi,
I have a dog owner who wants me to come to their home once a day for a bit to take care of their pup. They also want me to bathe the dog as well while I'm there.
Should I charge more for this? Isn't this more of an extra service?

Where I live, mobile groomers charge at a minimum $80 to come to a customer's home. I don't know what they charge for only a bath. There's no way a Rover sitter should do this without adequate compensation. If you want to perform this service, do some local research on how much Petco or PetSmart charges for a bath only, then add in your fees.
That is definitely an extra service and not included in a typical visit.
