How do we complete our booking, we entered all requested info and credit card, can you help us complete this booking?

We are having trouble completing our booking, we have entered the information requested and it's still saying that the booking is not completed. Thanks

Have you had a meet and greet with your sitter? After you and the sitter agree to accept the booking the sitter must first click the accept booking button and then Rover will prompt you one last time to accept, then your payment wil be processed. I suggest you reach out to your sitter fist and then second contact Rover support to see if they can see an issue with the booking request @ 888-453-7889
