Do I show up for an unconfirmed client?

I've conducted the meet & greet and the client has expressed they want me to sit, we ironed out the schedule and logistics but they still haven't confirmed the booking in Rover. I'm hesitant to go seeing that the payment is not guaranteed.

I do Rover to provide the best service for the animals not for the money. I have had this backfire and I did lose 3 days worth of money because they never confirmed but at least the animals were well taken care of. I just know next time for these specific people I will not accept unless booked.

I wouldn't go perform a service without the client confirming the booking, its possible they changed their plans. But Ii would try one last time by calling them on their Rover number. Best of luck

No, you do not show up. You can only show up when all is confirmed. Send the client a message explaining that now have to confirm the booking. Some people just really don't understand the site and don't realize they have to confirm AGAIN.
