Charge and considerations for dog transporting to another city?

A customer has asked if I can transport her dog to a different city 1 1/2 hours from my home to meet her at the end of the stay with me.
Are there any considerations I should be concerned about? And, what would a reasonable charge be? I estimated $100.

Thank you!

I did this once, but the distance between locations was only about 40 minutes. I think I charged $35 or something like that, but I think given the time and distance for your situation, a higher price is absolutely understandable.

I estimated $100, including the gas. I think I will stick with that. Thank you.

Be sure to discuss if/how the dog is normally restrained in the car, whether he is kenneled or has a seat belt attachment.

Find out if the dog gets car sick! Or better yet, simply don't feed within 3 hours of leaving.

Even if the dog isn't usually restrained, I would restrain the dog. When my dogs are in the car, I use a harness and a leash splitter. The leash splitter has an O ring in the middle and two adjustable lengths of leash material with leash clips on both ends. I clip one to the harness and the other end to the car seat anchors in the back seat.
