How do reviews work if you transfer a dog to another sitter?

If something happens and you can't care for the dog, and you or Rover find another sitter to finish the stay, can the owner leave a bad review?

I second Karen's response - since you had a booking you could not complete regardless of the reason the client should have the option to leave a review. Best of luck
