Since there is no such service offered on Rover called "overnight" care, I am assuming you are evaluating whether to offer the house-sitting service. Please be aware that Rover defines house sitting as 24-hour care for a pet, although it doesn't mean you are shackled to the home and cannot come and go and take care of other pets for walks, drop-ins, etc.

However, because Rover sitters are independent contractors you can establish your own definition of the service but be sure to describe in your profile and in communications with the customer. Make sure everybody knows what to expect.

House sitting should always be viewed as a premium service because you are also watching the customer's home and have to uproot yourself to stay there. If, however, you only stay overnight (arrive at 7 pm and leave at 7 am), that would be a lesser charge IMO. Some sitters charge in an a la fashion and some provide full 24-hour care for each "night" of a house sitting engagement.

Look at what others are charging because rates differ widely by location.
