Is the response time rated for just the first time an owner texts a dog sitter about the potential service? Or is it the response time throughout the entire conversation string and future conversation strings with the owner?

Thanks Karen! If we are going out of town for 2.5 weeks of Nov and won't have internet access but potential owners want us to dog sit for Thanksgiving and later then will that affect our response time if we aren't able to get back to them quickly? We've updated our calendar accordingly.
We just don't want our response time to suffer because of us being out of town but it's understandable if we can't respond quickly.
