I am trying to upload my cover photo for my profile. I've converted the pictures to 1024x683 like it's asked, but it's still telling me I can't upload them. Please help! I can't finish my profile without uploading one!

Same here. It says I cannot upload photos due to permissions. I can't find where the settings are for permissions as I'm only on the site and not the app.
