Do you have a problem with your cap lock key? Everyone but everyone knows typing in all caps is just plain rude.
Anyway, Rover does not do anything to ensure the safety of sitters who use this platform. It is up to the sitter to determine whether a potential client is acceptable. Rover's disclaimer and directive to both sitters and customers is contained in its Terms of Service, Section 2:
I go into peoples houses on a regular basis due to me owning my own cleaning company. No issues yet but yes I think if a sitter should be checked a client should be checked also. It’s a risk for everyone.
Especially if it is a REQUIREMENT for sitters.
