Will the website allow bookings for more than one client at a time?

Since the website shows a sitter as unavailable on stay dates, what happens when I want to book a second client in those dates?

Comments

Get ready to be disappointed. Chances are slim due to having to comply with all the clients involved to get their approval for their dogs interacting during the overnight stay. Denotes other than just available or unavailable on the sitters calendar could help to better inform our clients and safe time for both of us.

Rover will allow you to book as many simultaneous stays as you wish, regardless the number of slots you have listed on your profile. After you have booked dogs equal to your available slots, you can continue to book new clients, but your calendar will show you as unavailable and you will no longer show up in the search listings for users searching for care on those days.

You can manually change your availability on your calendar if you wish to accept more clients once a stay has been booked. Click on the date then follow the prompts to show your status as available.

Rover needs to incorporate more than just the 2 denotes (available or unavailable). Changing availability after a client booked causes confusion for clients who are uncomfortable for their dog having to interact with another family dog. Informing the client with denotes to be better informed may save a lot of time for both the sitter & the client.
