What are the fees & penalties to sitters for canceling?

I couldn't find this information anywhere, but I'm sure it must be somewhere. Can anyone answer or post a link?

To my knowledge, there are no explicit fees for cancelling on a client. However, Rover could suspend your account for a period of time.

If a sitter cancels last minute after confirming the booking with you I would call Rover Support @ [Edit: Rover’s contact options have changed. Visit the Rover Help Center at https://support.rover.com/ to find the phone number, help articles, or chat with the team] They can help identify a replacement sitter. And as Karen mentioned there aren't any fees for the sitter canceling the booking.
