How to file a complaint on sitter?

Sitter booked for this weekend and canceled on Monday. She was booked 20 days ago. Told me today she felt unsafe and accused my boyfriend of treating my dog inappropriately. If she wanted to cancel that is fine, however, she should have done it immediately instead of waiting until the last minute. She met with us for 10 minutes by the way. I was showing her around and he was doing computer work. I have used Rover in the past and have always had great experiences. I can only assume she felt unsafe because my boyfriend is black. Sad to know this site has declined and no longer use quality professionals. Her name is Hunter T and I am highly offended! It’s one thing to cancel but she took it to another level making judgmental statements.

I had a person reserved to watch my dogs we had dates set that were effy because my nephew in Florida was dying of brain cancer. She was suppose to come do a meet and greet but I had to cancel because my nephew took a turn for the worse and I had to leave. When I got home she told me never to contac
