Rabies is the easiest to verify because the dog should have the rabies vaccination tag on his/her collar. If a dog isn't wearing it at all times, then I really have to wonder about the owner.
Not Rover. If you require proof of rabies vaccinations you (as a sitter) would need to get that information from the owner.
I actually always include the health record with vaccinations, etc. in my dog's bag along with emergency contacts and care instructions. I think it's very helpful for a sitter, quick reference.
As a sitter, wouldn't you want to require all the vaccinations especially mingling with your own loved one. I would.
