Can I watch Rover dogs and Non-Rover dogs at the same time?

If I am watching dogs through rover, and a friend wants me to watch their dogs too (without rover), am I allowed to do that? I have known her for years since before I started Rover, and she doesn't want to use the rover service because she has her own insurance on her dogs. Is it against the TOS to watch dogs from rover and to watch non-rover dogs as well? Just want to check before I tell her yes or no.

Of course you can watch other non-Rover dogs at the same time. You are an independent contractor. There is nothing in the TOS that requires exclusivity.

I see you have tons of reviews and congratulations on being a successful Rover sitter. Do you carry your own insurance or do you just rely on the Rover guarantee if something goes wrong??

We use the rover guarantee. However, the few times where we have had to have a client use it, the client has chosen not to because it was cheaper to just pay out of pocket.

I highly recommend you insure yourself - to cover your butt - just in case.

What kind of insurance would that be?
