The App nor website support adding a tip for a sitter, so your best way to handle it is to give them cash or a gift card - they will greatly appreciate it
If you have Paypal and have the walker/sitter's email, you can send them a tip that way, too.
Tipping is done with cash. A gift is...a gift.

What’s also helpful is I look up the tipping rate for dog sitters in that neighborhood online and calculate from there. Some sitters out there only price an hourly sitting rate or some do a flat rate. It’s up to you within that range.
I want the option to add a % to every walk as a %. The way I tip my housekeeper, the postmate driver, etc. I do send my dog walker a tip each month through PayPal, but I got an email from Rover about paying my dog walker through PayPal. And if I chose not to give her cash, that doesn't make it less meaningful. It just means I don't have any cash. :)

Does the walker get the entire tip or does rover take some of the tip as well as a service charge for the walk?
Separate from Rover fees and service charge, I have just started receiving tips on the app. Is this a new thing? (by the way, Rover take any portion/percentage of the tips-that wouldn't be nice, ha ha).
