I booked our first sitting service for our puppy, but I do not think I paid correctly. The sitter is staying with the puppy from 5:15PM-11:00PM. There doesn't seem to be a choice for this type of sitting. How do I pay appropriately?

Bridget is booked for us for June 19 and want to make sure she gets paid correctly.

Do you mean 5:15pm-11:00pm on the same day, so a total of 5 hours and 45 minutes of care? Basically, it's up to Bridget how she wants to charge you. Just make sure you check with her about what her rate would be for the hours you need her and let her know if it seems off. It's very easy to change, even after everything is booked.

Rover charges for each night of a stay which is good for up to 24 hours of care. Yours is for longer and your sitter should have the ability to adjust the booking before the stay to the correct amount. If you've paid, then your sitter can use the "extend the stay' feature to charge for the overtime.

Your best bet is to communicate with Bridget, who can fix anything that needs to be fixed.
