I do not understand how you can book a dog that has been with you before? Aren't the owners the ones that schedule their dog with us?

DO you ladies and gentlemen book your customers? Or do you wait for them to book again with you? I do not quite get it how can I booked a stay if I do not know when the owners need me again. Hope to get some answer to this thank you

The benefit of being able to send another booking request for previous clients is to both save owners the step, as well as get around any availability issues your calendar may have.

For example, I have a client who will text me directly and ask if I'm available for X dates. If I am, I let her know that I will send a booking request for those dates so all she has to do is accept it. Additionally, there are times that I don't necessarily want to be available for just anyone to book, so I may have my calendar blocked out. If a repeat client texts me and asks if I'm actually available for those dates, I am able to send a booking request and the client won't have to worry about getting the notification that I'm not available.

You wouldn't use this function to send unsolicited booking requests to clients, but if they inquire through an old booking or directly to you in person or via text, you can assist them in starting the booking process.

Great answers. I think also it's important to recognize each client's unique way of doing things -- some may prefer to rebook themselves because they are not a fan of delegating.

You can only book for your clients if you know the date. It can be done from your past stays page:

Otherwise, they have to initiate the booking.

I usually go ahead and rebook for the owner. I get a lot of texts or messages and I will go ahead and just put it through for them.

I have several customers contact me and ask me to send them the booking for the dates "from" "to. They contact me to make sure I have availability. They are very busy and it is easier to help them re-book their dogs.
