Can we work for other dog walking companies?

Are we legally bound to only work for Rover? Will we get in trouble if we work for other dog walking companies?

I work for Rover and Wag too. There is a caveat however. As an example if you are doing work for Wag, do not try to take wags work over to Rover. That goes vice versa. The reason why is it's called a conflict of interest. Rover and wag are strong competitors. There is a potential for legal claim.

I agree with Walt. The only thing to watch out for is not poaching clients. Rover's TOS says that if a client books you through Rover they must stay a Rover client. I work for a local company who has the same rule. So my Rover clients I book through Rover and my local company clients I book through them.

It is perfectly fine to work for other dog walking companies like Wag or even independents. Our relationship with Rover is as an independent contractor and we are free to work for anyone.
