Accepted to RoverGO but never had a follow up?

I was accepted into the RoverGO program and I got the confirmation email and everything with the idea that a professional photographer would be reaching out to me to start the process, however nothing has progressed from there. This was months ago. Additionally, every time I use the contact us forum, I never get a response no matter what the topic is. Has anyone else experienced this or know what to do?
