Can I "un" archive a message?

How do I, or can I, make an archived message active again?

If you go to Inbox, then Archived Requests, you will see all archived messages. Below the reason there will be an arrow and the word Unarchive, click on it and you're all set. https://www.rover.com/account/inbox/a...

Here are more links from the support center: If you scroll down, you'll see "Archived requests are requests you received that were never booked or bookings which were cancelled. If you need to unarchive a current or future request, select Unarchive, and the request will move back to the pending requests section of your inbox. ") at: https://support.rover.com/hc/en-us/ar...

If you're using a mobile device (phone etc), here are the steps to Unarchive: https://support.rover.com/hc/en-us/ar...

There is no un archive button under the conversation I need to unarchive. Why is this??

I'd guess it may be due to if the dates have already passed.

Alexandra, this thread is 4 years old and Rover has redesigned this. If you need to archive something, go into your Archive folder, select the conversation you want to move, Once that's open, click on 'Details'. At the top right will a tiny icon of a box with an 'up' arrow on it. Click to archive.
